![]() He also reiterated that the game would be “unrestricted” as Nintendo gave the team free reign once again to do what they do best. Bayonetta 3 looks a little different, and it includes some new types of gameplay, so I hope players will find it fresh.” I think the fact that we were able to pull off this misdirection in the trailer shows that the new game has its own color. “At the beginning of the trailer, viewers might have been confused about what game it was for, and then we introduced some enemies, and still it was kept unclear, and then Bayonetta appeared. I hope the footage released so far will fuel your expectations for this game.” “If you look at the, hopefully, that should reassure you that we have been hard at work on development, and it should also show you that there are a lot of new elements in this game that were not in Bayonetta 1 and 2. Platinum Games, and Bayonetta, head Hideki Kamiya spoke with IGN about Bayonetta 3 and he outlined a bit of what fans can expect: Thankfully, we have gotten a little bit of that. So as such, fans are left wanting more info. ![]() But even then, we didn’t know when it would come out, and the most recent Nintendo Direct didn’t reveal that either. Because it was revealed all the way back in the systems first year during The Game Awards, and it wasn’t until 2021 via a Nintendo Direct that we got our first look at it. And we all know Nintendo's attitude towards PC.Bayonetta 3 has sadly become a bit of a running joke on the Nintendo Switch. ![]() But what about Mario + Rabbids? Yes, Ubisoft fully developed the game but they are using Nintendo's own IP there so if they want to put Mario + Rabbids on PC, they would have to ask Nintendo for permission. New Super Mario Bros was released on the Nvidia Shield in China iirc. And as I said, this could be due to Nintendo using a Nvidia graphics card for their system and if that isn't the case then why is New Super Mario Bros and Mario + Rabbids leaked on the list? It doesn't mean Bayonetta 3 will be on PC. What this means here is that the list is in fact actually from Nvidia but the list has speculative titles. The developer says Bayonetta 3, due to arrive on Switch this year, will feature 'new types of gameplay' and isn't being made with any restrictions from Nintendo. "Nvidia went on to confirm the list was legitimate but said that the list included speculative titles - that is, titles that were not confirmed for PC, or even to be in development" Remember, Nintendo uses a Nvidia graphics card for their console so Bayonetta 3 might just show up on the list due to that reason. In Bayonetta 2s sequel, Bayonettas appearance perfectly encapsulates her larger-than-life personality and design, as it is the most regal and decorated outfit shes worn to date. Thu 23rd Dec I am pretty sure the list doesn't mean it will be coming to PC necessarily.Exclusives are designed to sell people on consoles and ecosystems, so I use them as a benchmark to decide when a platform is worth buying. There has never been a generation where all of the worthwhile games were on one platform, so refusing to buy more than one means you're probably going to miss out on some stuff you want. Today we got a first look at gameplay as well as confirmation that it’s launching exclusively on Switch in 2022. First announced in 2017, the game has been largely radio silent with many fans fearful for its status. Joy be unto JubileusAfter 1386 days without any news following Bayonetta 3’s Game Awards teaser trailer way back in 2017, the bad Umbran witch is back, and on Bi Visibility Day no less. If a game is worth spending hours or days of your life crying about online, it's probably worth buying a console for. Today’s Nintendo Direct concluded with the long-awaited return of Bayonetta 3. With that said, I've never understood the whining about exclusivity from some people, either. I know a lot of you have been port-begging for Persona 5 for years as well, lol. Remember how excited a lot of you were that Banjo-Kazooie was coming to NSO? How about when they were announced for Smash? Remember when the Ori games came to Switch? Cuphead? None of that had to happen, and wouldn't have, if Microsoft adopted the same mindset about exclusivity as Nintendo. I'm not going to celebrate the fact that non-Switch owners aren't going to be able to play this game natively on their console of choice.
